Gentlemen: Does anyone have a pet varmint load for the .223 that just seems to work well in everything you've tried it in? I'm working on loads for a Remington XR-100. It's my new chuck rifle and I'd like to get something cooked up before spring. I've got one load that works very well but am curious about what others may have found. Thanks.

Thanks redneck514. Sorry for the poorly written post. I just reread it and found three errors. :o I've found 26 grains of 748 over a Fed 205M pushing a Speer 52 grain JHP in a S & B case to give groups in the .300's to .500's. I haven't run them over my chrono yet, so I can only hope they are in the 3200 f/s range.
