Question: How do I pay My Listing Fees? Do you bill once a month

Answer: Our Accounting Module in the software generates an invoice at the end of the month and is dispatched at that time....the payment information is included in this invoice.

Question: How Do I Update my Buyer on the Item Status?

Answer:In your Members area http://www.reloadersauction.com/selling,page,sold,section,members_area ...There is a Status update function click on the "Send/View Item Status" link next to the item sold. .....when you click on the link, it will open a popup window where you can enter information about the item's status......Shipped, payment received, etc.

Once you click "PROCEED" it will dispatch an email to your buyer in this Format:

Dear (Buyers Name),

The seller of the auction (your auction Name), which you have won, has Updated the item status details.

The status details are:

* This is the Text you type into the Popup Window


For more details about the purchase, please access the [ Link to their Members Page ] page.

After you have accessed the page above, click on the "Send/View Item Status" link next to the item won.

This can be done as many times as necessary to Keep your buyer informed on what the status of the Item is.

Question:Why do I need to register at all?

Answer:
You do not have to if you only want to view items -- . However, registration will give you access to additional features not available to guest users such as selling, bidding, private messaging, emailing to fellow users, etc. It only takes a few minutes to register so it is recommended you do so.

Question: I just signed up but I did not receive my activation email.

Answer: Sometimes when an activation email is sent and you are using a spam filter or a Free email account like Gmail or Yahoo Mail with built-in spam filters, these applications can and sometimes will send the mail right to your bulk/spam folder. In this case, check your bulk folder for the date and approximate time it was sent.

Question: Is there is anywhere on the site that would list the minimum bid increments?
I was looking at 2 different auctions today and was deterred from bidding by high minimum bids. On one auction the current bid was $10, and when I looked at bidding, the minimum amount that I could bid was $15???? On another auction the current bid was $7 and the minimum amount that I could bid was $9.
Are these site imposed amounts, or seller determined?

Bid increments can be chosen as custom or standard...this is set on the auction listing page as follows:

Bid Increment: (check Box) Use our built-in proportional increments table
(Check Box) Enter your custom increment x.xx USD

Choose whether you wish to use the proportional bidding increment system implemented on the site or if you wish to use a custom fixed bid increment value.

the proportional bidding increments are as follows:

0.00 to 1.00 = $0.05
1.01 to 3.00 = $0.15
3.01 to 10.00 = $1.00
10.01 to 50.00 = $2.00
50.01 to 500.00 = $10.00
501.00 to 10,000 = $25.00
10,001 to 1,000,000 = $100.00

Question: How much does it cost to sell an Item?


ANSWER:
Until December 1, 2007 all auctions will be free to list and only $1.00 at auction end, that $1.00 fee applies ONLY IF ITEM SELLS!....No Sell = No Fee

After December 1, 2007, Listing fees will still be $0.00 with a $1.00 "end of auction" fee if item is sold, regardless of selling price, Basic listings are ALWAYS Free. The only fee changes will be for the auction Listing "Extras" (Home Page Featured, Category featured, Bold Item Listing,etc)

A fee Change schedule will be posted in the site News in Mid-November, and E-mailed to all registered members.
