Question: How Do I Update my Buyer on the Item Status?
Answer:In your Members area
http://www.reloadersauction.com/selling,page,sold,section,members_area ...There is a Status update function click on the "Send/View Item Status" link next to the item sold.
.....when you click on the link, it
will open a popup window where you can enter information about the
item's status......Shipped, payment received, etc.
Once you click "PROCEED" it will dispatch an email to your buyer in this Format:
Dear (Buyers Name),
The seller of the auction (your auction Name), which you have won, has Updated the item status details.
The status details are:
* This is the Text you type into the Popup Window
For more details about the purchase, please access the [ Link to their Members Page ] page.
After you have accessed the page above, click on the "Send/View Item Status" link next to the item won.
