Burris scopes carry a life time warranty regardless who owns it at the time. Parallax adjustment from 50 yards to infinity AO. Scope has 1/8" click adjustments and this model has target style knobs. This scope features the light collector... and adjustable iris diaphragm (like a camera lens) stopped down for bright daylight or wide open for twilight. Very light micro marks but no ring marks... the windage turret cap has a couple of small marks which can be seen in the picture (the cap could be replaced from Burris. This is a great varmint and target scope from a world class maker.
