.356 Great for most 9mm guns. These bullets are cast in a 125gn mold but weigh in on the scale on average around 129.4gn. This is because my bullet alloy is a little heavier than what the manufacturer was using for their mold and bullet lube adds weight too. I still use data for the 125gn cast bullets in my reloading manuals.

They make great pistol rounds for those pistol shooters!

These bullets are cast from a mixture of 1% tin, 4% antimony, and 95% lead, and lubed with Thompson Blue Angel Bullet Lube (the best, hardest lube on the market).
