Here's a unique little lightweight stove that will boil water in minutes. These are designed for backpackers, hikers, campers, hunters, anglers or anyone out for a walk in the wild who want efficiency, not extra weight. They weigh less than 3 ounces including the windscreen and reusable package they are sent in. It's mailed in a heavy duty tube just right to carry it all in, or it will easily fit in your camping cup.

I've been there when it got well below zero at night and it's pretty scary when you get disoriented. A few survival items in your backpack can make a life or death difference and give you plenty of confidence. Plan ahead a little and you can survive. No matter how wet the wood is, you can always start an alcohol stove, boil a little water for ramen noodles or whatever dehydrated food you like and you can survive with a little pre planning and of course the proper equipment in your emergency kit.

Your new alcohol stove is easy to use and comes with instructions. The stove only weighs a smidge over 10 grams.

These put out an awesome amount of heat in seconds and you'll love it the first time it's used.

The stoves are made from recycled beverage cans so may have a few small dings or mars (experience marks), this is normal and will not affect the useability of the item. They are 100% recyclable including the windscreen which can double as a pot stand.

The windscreen stands approx 3 1/4" tall and is about 14" long when flattened. The circle is about 4" across. It is normal for the windscreen to turn brown or black after heating and will become annealed, so it will have a tendency to stay in the round shape, this is normal, but it can still be flattened.

It's hard to give specs on the stoves as I don't know where they end up being used. It varies depending on weather and altitude. I live in the Ozarks and the Lake of the Ozarks is only 660' above sea level, so if you're hunting on Gannett Peak in Wyoming or Pikes Peak in Colorado, the performance will vary, but rest assured the little stove will perform great. I timed one here because people have asked for something to go by.

It was 50 degrees here yesterday and raining, the humidity was 88%. 2 oz of alcohol boiled 2 cups of cold tap water in about 13 minutes and continued to burn for another 6 minutes, the can I used for a pot was set directly on the stove. 1 oz will actually boil water in 6 minutes if the pot is placed on the windscreen. I've had 2 oz actually last for 29 minutes under other conditions, way too long to cook most meals, but you can bake a cake or biscuits, fry eggs or roast marshmallows, there's plenty of heat to manipulate. If you place your pot or pan directly on the stove it will reduce the flame and make the alcohol last a lot longer. I like to cook a regular meal once in awhile rather than just live on noodles and boiled water. I carry 2 stoves so I can cook two things at once. They don't weigh enough to make any difference and I always carry enough alcohol to last twice as long as I'll be out anyway in case of a spill.

These are quality made stoves, I don't speed through making them and you won't get a defective one. I wouldn't want to be out for a few days with a stove that a speed demon slapped together and I don't want that to happen to you either.
